The Q was named as one of CIO Review’s 20 Most Promising Retail Technology Solution Providers for 2015. The magazine’s goal with these awards is to assist CIOs in identifying the right technology providers, a distinguished panel comprising CEOs, CIOs, VCs, analysts, and the CIO Review editorial board selected the final 20 for 2015.

ownerIQ was selected for their second party marketplace for retailers and brands, “ownerIQ provides a media solution that takes your re-targeting tactics to the next level while significantly improving the cost efficiency of your current efforts. Retailers partner with “The Q” to create custom turnkey second-party-data marketplaces, or digital exchanges, between themselves and their product suppliers.

Through these custom solutions, retail partners can access the first-party data of 100’s of their key suppliers, creating a new advertising channel that is as relevant and effective as re-targeting, only much more scalable. In addition, ownerIQ’s unique solution enables retailers to subsidize their current re-targeting program via co-op or MDF funds by transforming these tactics into digital programs for their merchant programs.”

“Over 550 retailers and brands currently utilize ownerIQ solutions, which makes ownerIQ the largest, most transparent second-party data solution in the marketplace. “Second-party data, or a marketer’s use of another data owner’s first-party data, allows for the possibility of accessing their key suppliers’ rich, trustworthy, and insightful first-party data,” opines Jay Habegger, CEO and Co-founder, ownerIQ.”
