- Build predictive models from OwnerIQ’s multiple data sources, develop advanced algorithms that extract and classify information from large datasets
- Create adaptive models that generate high-value data elements (e.g., performance predictions, behavior classifiers) for inclusion in OwnerIQ's online display advertising campaigns
- Design and implement a platform for streaming/merging data sources
- Theoretical knowledge, intuitive understanding and practical hands-on experience with:
Bayesian models, neural networks, machine learning and other data mining technique - Experience in online advertising analytics, behavioral targeting, online marketing analysis or web analytics required
- Demonstrated ability to apply statistical techniques to solve real problems
- Knowledge of SQL, relational database design and methods for efficiently retrieving data from them
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team to develop innovative solutions
- Experience in Java, Perl and/ or Python is a plus
- 5-10 years professional experience

Manager of Ad Delivery - Based in Boston

Nothing predicts behavior as well as what a consumer actually owns. OwnerIQ delivers its clients' ads using their leading edge ad delivery platform, MostIQ, which seamlessly integrates with leading ad exchanges and networks in real-time.
The Manager of Ad Delivery is responsible for driving campaign performance and ensuring client performance objectives are achieved.

- Drive performance results by analyzing and interpreting client campaigns
- Develop best practices and processes for optimizing integrated online marketing campaigns
- Determine appropriate testing methodologies and optimization modeling requirements
- Communicate campaign optimization results to Sales team and clients to demonstrate
- Provide guidance on best practices to Ad Operations and Sales teams to ensure online campaign optimization
- Support business development efforts by cultivating case studies of successful optimization efforts
- Work closely with Finance team and Director of Ad Ops to ensure appropriate campaign yield
- Collaborate with Account Managers to strengthen advertiser client relationships and optimize campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance daily and make optimization recommendations on campaigns to guarantee optimal delivery
- Work directly with IT to build systems and procedures necessary to scale and support the ad delivery efforts.
- 5+ years experience in database or performance marketing, with a well-known ad agency, ad network, or ad exchange
- Thorough understanding of analytical methodologies for campaign optimization and evaluation (e.g. segmentation and predictive response

The Front-end Client Integration Manager is responsible for all aspects of implementing and supporting OwnerIQ data clients. We are seeking a candidate with front-end web technology experience, but the desire and to have significant client interaction in a consultative manner.

The Front-end Client Integration Manager is responsible for all aspects of implementing and supporting OwnerIQ data clients. We are seeking a candidate with front-end web technology experience, but the desire and to have significant client interaction in a consultative manner.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage the front-end pixel integration process with all clients.
- Collaborate with product development teams on all ad platform data related updates, improvements and changes.
- Work closely with data taxonomists and product teams to develop and implement better data cataloging, QC and categorization processes.
- Daily analysis of incoming data from all sources. Work directly with clients to remedy any issues relating to pixel placement.
- Create and keep all data services related documentation up to date.
- Knowledge of and deep experience with HTML, javascript and client side development tools.
- Familiarity with databases. SQL knowledge preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a role with significant client, business leader interaction preferred.
- Excellent quantitative skills.
