HomeServe USA partnered with ownerIQ to identify and target active in-market shoppers at scale. ownerIQ was able to precisely model HomeServe’s converting customers by using the specific shopping and buying behaviors observed across the ownerIQ data ecosystem. This allowed HomeServe and ownerIQ to effectively target the most suitable in-market shoppers with digital advertisements driving them to the online shopping cart to purchase home repair plans.

ownerIQ and HomeServe launched a second campaign simultaneously targeting the Q’s proprietary ‘“duress audience,” comprised of shoppers searching for product support information; and using the same goals and expected outcome.

HomeServe team was excited to take advantage of ownerIQ’s second-party offerings by targeting The Zebra’s like audience to lead to successful targeting. Since the launch, this branded audience is top performing and continuing to help drive down the CPA of the campaign.
